Financing For Your Renewable Energy Project

With our partners we are able to offer commercial lending for various renewable energy developments with very competitive % interest rates.

So if you need a loan for a renewable energy project please provide us with some basic details i.e. the type of project and provide the approximate total cost and the amount you would like to borrow. Usually up to 85% can be advanced for projects we approve.

green_energy_investIf it is a project we may be interested in we will ask for the full project, extensive details of the developing company or joint venture. After receiving some basic information we can usually provide a written offer within 5 working days. The offer will include the advance, terms and conditions, % rate to be applied, options for repayment. The commission % charged and the lenders charges. Three currencies are available $ £ €.

The principals involved will need to prove their track record. A business plan to include forecast revenues, ROI and some previous history of prior developments will be required. In most cases we are able to produce a full report on companies who apply. Where we are not able, companies will need to provide documents at the lenders request.

We can offer deferred payments, various lending options available offering an all round flexible approach to suit your requirements.
